Notes: This coffee was crafted in close collaboration with a local wet mill in the Huila Region of Colombia. Various regional small farm holders bring their ripe cherries to the mill to be processed. These coffees are vetted for flavor profile, quality, and consistency, then selected to be featured as a part of this excellent regional selection.
