Notes: Fazenda Sertão, an 850-hectare farm in Carmo de Minas, has been shaped by generations of the Pereira family, beginning with José Isidro Pereira, a dentist who left his profession to take over the property after inheriting it from his mother. In 1949, he met Nazareth, who would become his wife and later continue managing the farm after his passing. Today, their children carry on the family tradition as coffee producers of their own. Across Sertão, several coffee varieties grow alongside bananas, corn, and dairy livestock. But this Yellow Bourbon stands out for its classic sweetness and balance, showing smooth and comforting notes of almond, milk chocolate, and ripe cherry.
