Notes: The Kayon Mountain Farm, neighboring the villages of Taro and Sewana, is owned and operated by Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family, employing 25 permanent employees and over 300 seasonal workers during harvest. The farm has a coffee nursery on-site and utilizes native flora shade to protect the coffee from harsh sun exposure. The meticulous management of the Kayon Mountain Farm leads to consistently fantastic coffees, as shown by this beautiful naturally processed bean featuring notes of amaretto, floral, cocoa, and cranberry.
