Notes: In the rugged highlands of Jinotega, Aldea Global brings together thousands of smallholder farmers around a shared commitment to quality, sustainability, and stronger rural communities. What began as a small association in 1992 has grown into a producer-led network offering technical support, financing, and access to specialty coffee markets across more than 700 communities. This washed coffee is built from lots grown by small farms throughout the region, carefully combined to create a flavor profile indicative of Jinotega quality. The cup is sweet and comforting, with notes of milk chocolate, praline, and cooked citrus.
