Notes: Across the rolling hills of Minas Gerais, coffee has shaped the landscape and daily life for generations. The region’s broad highlands, dependable dry harvest season, and long tradition of natural processing have made it one of Brazil’s defining coffee origins. In this naturally processed lot, ripe cherries are dried slowly with the fruit still intact, developing the smooth body and comforting sweetness associated with classic Brazilian coffees. This particular bean captures that familiar regional character with a soft, chocolatey mouthfeel, mellow peanut richness, and a honey sweetness.
