Notes: Fazenda do Condado, located in Mantiqueria de Minas, is owned by Ibraim Chaib de Sousa and Marly Dias Chaib de Sousa. Nestled in the Mantiqueria mountain range which is renowned for its coffee production and quality, the farm has several fresh water springs and very fertile land, making it ideal for specialty coffee production. This particular fully natural processed bean exhibits clean, subtle notes of black cherry, walnut, and chocolate.
